Shaping diversity

The motto "Shaping diversity", which I chose at the beginning of my independence, still runs like a red thread through my work today. Both remain important to me: working in a heterogeneous environment and actively shaping this diversity or opening the space for it to become designable. If this succeeds, it becomes creative, I experience the people I deal with in their element. Then an irresistible flow is created, eyes shine and taking responsibility becomes a matter of course for everyone. The more diversity I feel in my assignments, the more I am in my energy. I like to work in international contexts and where socially relevant questions are concerned. The range of content is wide and extends from cultural education to community projects, international peace work or biological diversity.

For me, the focus is always on close, personal support: in the development of learning designs, in structural change processes, especially in cultural institutions, foundations and organisations. One expertise is lying in the consulting for lively congress culture. I find it attractive to work in this field because I experience again and again how the desire for more lively events is the first step towards a lively organisational culture and how the positive energy of change that is set in motion touches the whole system and sets it in motion.
